On May 3rd the official gazette, BOE, published new provisions issued by the Ministry of Health allowing retail business as well as other activities affected by the lockdown decreed on March 13th to open to public again.
Retail sale business can open provided the orders are made on line and only one customer per employee is allowed on site to collect the items.
Strict measures of cleaning and protection must be observed.
Services like hairdressing, physiotherapy and others that require closeness to customers must set up the necessary measures of protection.
Restaurants are only allowed to prepare meals to take away. Orders must be made on line.
Following the criteria published by the Ministerio de Inclusión, Seguridad Social y Migraciones, those self-employed who start the activity under these provisions will not lose the unemployment benefit until the state of alarm come to an end.
